TORONTO — June 19, 2023 — We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy Paine, who is joining Beutel Goodman as Analyst, U.S. & International Equities.

Lucy is the first hire from our student internship program, and after completing three separate four-month work placements, we are delighted to welcome her to the firm. During her three internships, Lucy authored comprehensive reports on different public companies and developed a deep understanding of three very different end markets, as well as Beutel Goodman’s disciplined equity process.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University as part of its double-degree program.
