Michal joined Beutel Goodman in 2015 and is responsible for all legal and compliance aspects of the firm, working directly with the Beutel Goodman Management Committee. Michal has been practicing law since 1997 and her experience includes over 15 years of involvement in investment-related services. Prior to joining Beutel Goodman, she was Director, Regulatory Affairs at TMX Group Limited. Previously Michal was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Altamira Investment Services and an Associate Lawyer at Osler LLP in the Business Law Group. Michal is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business and has a B.A. in economics from the University of Western Ontario.
